Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some locations that we cannot ship to. If you are in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom duty once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent to one or more packages being shipped to you and customs duties to be incurred upon arrival in your country.
How long does delivery take?
The shipping time varies depending on the location and is estimated from the time your product is packaged and in the post office (logistics company). These are our assessments:

Mexico, Central America, South America 20-40 business days This does not include our 7-10 day processing time. Processing time is the amount of time your products are made at the factory with the designs you choose.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the huge impact of Covid-19, our staff and office team members are currently still working. However, since the volume is more than five times, it may take longer than usual for your support request to be answered. You will hear from us as soon as we have an update so you don't have to do anything. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you cannot track your order or you cannot see the tracking information via email, please contact us.
My tracking says "No information is currently available".
Some shipping companies take 2-5 business days for tracking information to be updated on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 working days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
