Refund Policy


Please remember that we produce on request. We do not carry any articles. Unfortunately, once an article has been printed it can no longer be used for any purpose. However, it is difficult when the order received does not meet the real requirements of our customers. Therefore we will support these cases as much as possible

You can cancel / change your order free of charge for any reason within 12 hours of placing your order. Outside of this time, we can no longer cancel / change your order free of charge. Once your order is dispatched, we cannot change / cancel your order.
To make it easy, please refer to the following schedule

0-12 hours - Free cancellation or
order information change 12-48 hours - Cancellation: USD 5 / item for a fee
- Change size / variant: 5 USD / item for a fee , not accepted for some products
- Change delivery address: Free of charge, but not accepted for some products

48 hours - Cancellation: Not accepted
- Change size / variant: 5 USD / item for a fee, but only accepted until dispatch.
- Change delivery address: free of charge and only accepted until shipped and only accepted for some products. We will contact our post office if necessary.
*** Note: The above customer fee does not include the difference between the original price and the re-change price, and the customer is responsible for the fees

We don't accept
returns or exchanges if you'd like a refund / return because you've "changed your mind". We print on request and therefore cannot accept returns with this request.
If you don't want us to resend, we'll only refund 50% of the price.
The articles have been worn or washed.
The articles have been changed in some way.
The items are in any way from the original and defective in salable condition, unless the condition is our fault.
The items have redundant threads that are easy to cut / repair.
The items have a discount or free shipping.
Our tags are cut, damaged in some way.
